Scandic House is a company that was born out of the need to constantly improve the world. Its founders have been cooperating with the Finnish contractor of energy-efficient wooden houses, Honka, for over 20 years, and the fruits of this venture were several residential investments implemented abroad.

The need to transfer the Scandinavian modern approach to design to the native soil meant that in 2019 the developers opened the Scandic House company in Krakow and started the first project of this type in the country – the construction of an investment of four single-family semi-detached residential buildings in Niepołomice.

Scandinavian architectural thought, which underlies the way of creating and designing real estate, is the main advantage of the developer. A huge emphasis on the durability of the wooden structure, energy efficiency of the building, as well as minimalist, functional design and attention to every detail make Scandic House bring a new quality to the Polish real estate market.
